Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Print Shipping Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your STATIK® devices in their original boxes.
- 3.Ship Your Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original accessories and cables are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Our technicians will inspect the returned hardware within 3-5 business days of receipt, after which your refund or replacement will be processed immediately.
